Sempertex 12" diameter round crystal pastel balloons have a light translucent appearance. (Other manufacturers often call this finish 'soap bubble' or 'soap crystal').

Sempertex latex balloons are made in Colombia from 100% natural, biodegradable latex. These balloons are suitable for either helium or air fill.
