When you place your order before 11:00am (U.K. time) we will dispatch it on the same day (Mondays to Fridays only#).

If your order is placed after 11:00am (U.K. time) we will dispatch it on the next working day.

Your privacy and discretion are import to us. We appreciate that your purchase may be a surprise for someone special. Therefore your order we be shipped in plain and discrete packaging to ensure that your surprise remains a secret until opened.

Please note all international (except USA) orders are shipped 'Duty Unpaid'. You or the recipient may be required to pay additional fees, tariffs and / or taxes upon delivery per the import regulations of the destination country*.

All 'USA bound' international orders are shipped using Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) as required by US customs. PDDP covers the required 10% import tariff for all shipments from the U.K. to the USA which we pay upfront on your behalf. Some US states may charge you or the recipient an additional local state sales tax for internet orders*.
