Here we are in November with a different theme to this blog than originally planned.

October was a blast in more ways than one.

On a positive note we expanded our range of 17" logo balloons to include more colours and build up bigger reserve inventory of other designs / colours. It is our plan to expand our logo balloon range further with even more colours and new artwork. Keep checking our website and social media for the latest news.

Remember, if it's on our website it's in stock! If our website shows stock as sold out there is a 99% chance that we will be uploading more stock shortly. So please keep checking or message us on our social media.

On a negative note another balloon shop lifted an image from our website and posted it on their social media stating that Belbal 14" balloons are old stock. Through association we assume they were implying that our Belbal 14" balloons are old stock.

To clarify the situation and ensure that our reputation for selling the world's best balloons is maintained we provide the following statement:

"As an official retailer of Belbal and Cattex balloons we guarantee that all of our stock is fresh from the factory. We receive most of our Belbal and Cattex balloons within weeks of manufacture. We do not sell old stock. We never have sold old stock and we never will sell old stock. Per the EU General Product Safety Regulations 2024 we fully log and track our inventory through serial numbers supplied by the factories. We can identify which batches of balloons we have in stock at any moment in time. You can purchase your balloons from Balloon Ace in full knowledge that the balloons which you are purchasing are the freshest possible balloons available."

This dirty trick from the other balloon seller, who we will not name, is unusual as the balloon community is generally close knit and supportive. On many occasion we recommend other balloon shops to our customers to help them get what they need.

We will state that this other balloon shop is a major commercial enterprise masquerading as a small balloon seller. It's sad they fell the need to try and crush a small family run hobby business like Balloon Ace. They sell more balloons in a week than we sell in a year.

But that's OK!

Whilst they focus on profits we focus on you!

So in future if you see our imagery on someone else's social media you can rest assured what they are saying is garbage. Please feel free to message us if you see something about Balloon Ace online so that we can confirm what the truth actually is.

On a more positive note. Our prices are a lot cheaper than this other shop in question. Some of our balloons are less than half the price of theirs. We give away more free balloons than they do. And we have a rewards scheme which gives you even more stuff for free.

If you want to support the balloon community and not some rich dude you need to buy your balloons from Balloon Ace or one of the independent balloon shops based in Europe.
