These Qualatex 11" diameter round 'Polka Dot' print balloons are diamond clear with the classic 'Polka Dot' prints in white all over them. Each bag contains 25 balloons.

Qualatex latex balloons are made in the USA and Canada from 100% natural, biodegradable latex. These balloons are suitable for either helium or air fill.
