Qualatex 36" round clear 'Polka dot' balloons

Qualatex 36" diameter round diamond clear balloons have a rich translucent appearance and are printed with an all over polka dot print. Qualatex call this print Dots-Around.

Qualatex latex balloons are made in the USA and Canada from 100% natural, biodegradable latex. These balloons are suitable for either helium or air fill.
